Being the Brand Manager at Concepts gives me an opportunity to meet and work with good people from multiple influential footwear companies. Redwing, Clarks and New Balance are right in our backyard and we have worked closely on multiple projects, some you’ve seen and some in the making.

Wale was in town, shooting his video “Chillin” with Lady Gaga, and he swung by Concepts to shoot a scene for the video. Here are some pictures I took while checking out the video shoot. “Chillin” is directed by Chris Robinson and is due out soon, so keep an eye out.
My man D.A. and his group Chester French performed at the Harvard Square May Fair festival this past Sunday with a surprise guest Wale. Wale was in town to film his new video “Chillin” featuring Lady Gaga.
Chris Robinson directed the joint and filmed scenes at Concepts. Big shout to my man Wale, Chris Robinson, Set Free and the Robot staff.

First up was the Stefan Janoski… Boat shoes are back this summer, and Nike found a way to get in on it at a great price point (70.00) I expect to move a ton of these once they drop.
At first sight I did not “love” the shoe, but I drank the kool aid.
Next was the Supreme Bruin… Not much to say here. Another homerun by Supreme. The shoe and the coat are fire.
If you know me, you know I have a soft spot in my heart for zombie movies. I love them. Someone who knows this love well, sent me the link to this trailer. Another zombie movie yes, however this one combines two of my favorite cinema subjects: Killing zombies (obviously) AND killing Nazis. Awesome. So check out the trailer and keep an eye out for the movie, both in theatres and eventually on video.
My brother Mike is leaving May 5th for basic training for the Air Force….. Tonight, WE DRINK!!!!!
So Mike decided that the transformation process would best be accomplished with a 96 oz bottle of 13.99 Sangria.
Matthew Lillard and I…. We only asked him to recreate the final scene of Scream about 10 times throughout the night.
