E The Real – “Broke” b/w “G.R.E.E.D.Y.”
Broke b/w G.R.E.E.D.Y featuring Timmy Wiggins by E THE REAL
Kinda Dusty is proud to present the first single off of E The Real’s new solo album “The Wall Street Project” dropping June 1st. The album is inspired by the classic 1987 film “Wall Street” directed by Oliver Stone. With this project, E takes the idea of a “concept album” to a new level, breaking down the American business world and it’s influence on our culture. Greed, competition, and loyalty are just a few of the themes that E touches on. In the Hip Hop world, artists are now business men and take on many responsibilities in order to succeed. E draws the connections between Hip-Hop and Wall Street through his new album.
The first single off of The Wall Street Project is “Broke” b/w “G.R.E.E.D.Y”
“Broke” is produced by Paul Mighty, which features a feel good, catchy, up tempo beat. E takes on the perspective of the everyday broke individual who is struggling to survive in todays economy. It never felt so good to be broke until now.
“G.R.E.E.D.Y” is also produced by Paul Mighty and features Timmy Wiggins of Cardboard City (Cage, El-P, Aesop Rock, etc.). Greed is one of the most important themes in the Wall Street movie, made famous by the Gordon Gekko character played by Michael Douglas. E and Timmy reveal the nature behind the greed driven mind state with each line over a hard hitting Paul Mighty beat.
The songs are available for FREE DOWNLOAD along with the instrumentals. Stay tuned for more details on the album release of “The Wall Street Project”.
Someone had to post it….
I feel better now that I got that out of the way.
M.D. – “Bein’ High”

Ladies and Gents…meet M.D.
I first heard M.D. during a routine trip to the barbershop on a Friday afternoon. My barber Ryan wanted to show me some tracks from a friend of his, so I jumped in his SUV and the rest is history. Once I heard this young MC rhyming over some early 90′s beats and some tracks he’d done with his camp (YoungStar), I knew he’d be a perfect fit for my style of production. Ironically, we had a show that night opening for “RADIx,” and M.D. just happened to be opening as well. I met him and his team and we talked a bit and exchanged contacts before our performances. Days later, I invited M.D. over to the studio. In about two hours of putting in work, he had laid down seven verses to a few different beats I had laying around. “Bein’ High” is a result of that studio session. M.D. and I will be putting in some serious work this coming summer, so be on the lookout for more music. Enjoy.

He’s Back…..
Love him or hate him, there are not too many people that can fuck with Eminem when it comes to spitting. He absolutely killed this shit right here.

Kinda Dusty Presents: Mad Men

Remember the days when Hip-Hop singles were found only on vinyl? The classic 12-inch format contained music on an A side and a B side. They included “street” versions to blast through your stereo, clean versions for your mom’s favorite radio station, and instrumentals for MC’s to rock over. Well, we miss those days too!
For all the Hip-Hop nostalgics, Kinda Dusty is releasing this exclusive “Digital 12-inch” as a free download. It features a brand new track called “Mad Men,” produced by Paul Mighty, along with a special “Mash Out Remix” version, produced by DJ Manipulator. E The Real, Louie Gonz, and Skivi B showcase their talent over two completely different beats. Now that the 12-inch is digital, you can blast the dirty version in your iPod, hear the clean version around the kids at your next cookout, or freestyle over the instrumentals on your laptop. Enjoy.
